Gale
is a stunning sable and white boy from an impeccable pedigree full of
some of the greatest Malamutes in our breeds history. He is co-owned with
his breeders, Matias Chamy & Stephanie Cabrera who reside in
Chile. We just couldn't say no when the opportunity arose to bring this
pup to Canada. We look forward to a bright future with this hunky
young boy and a new friendship with Heavenkingdom Malamutes. Gale
attended his first show at 6 months old and blew everyone away,
including me! He picked up 9 of the 10 points required towards his
Canadian Championship, winning the Breed from the 6-9 month puppy class,
2 Best Puppy In Group's, a Group 3rd and Best Puppy In Show. His
flawless movement, breed type, balanced structure and sweet temperament
made it impossible for the judges, and everyone else, to deny his
quality. Gale finished his Canadian Championship the following weekend
at Ontario Breeders winning the Breed over a Special and another BPIG. After
taking some time off to mature, Gale came back out to start his
American Championship in Novi, MI in January 2018. He was Winners Dog
the first day, and Winners Dog/Best Of Winners the next 3 days, picking
up 4 majors. He ended the weekend with 14 of the 15 points needed for
his American Championship. Gale finished his American Championship 3
weeks later at only his second US show at the Indy Winter Classic going
WD/BW for a 5 point major at the Supported Entry. He then added Best In
Specialty Show that same weekend winning the Breed at the Alaskan
Malamute Specialty under Mr Dana Cline.
Gale starts off 2019 at the first day of the first show winning BEST IN SHOW under Mr Rob Rowbotham! What an honour to win under this well respected judge among really tough competition. We are thrilled to add this new title to his name also. Later this year, Gale picked up another Best In Show, a Reserve Best In Show and won the Alaskan Malamute Regional Specialty all at Grey Bruce Kennel Club. Gale then competed at our US National Specialty where he won the 1st Award Of Merit under esteemed breeder-judge Mr. Paul Willhauck. Gale finished the year as #1 Alaskan Malamute in Canada!
